First of all, I have been selling Real Estate for almost 35 years and needed an agent to list one of my personal properties because the company that I work for doesn’t allow agents to sell their own properties. I have been in the real estate investment business world for about 45 years, and in all those years and many transactions. I have experienced the worst to the competent and the rare very good, but Linda Fong is the best I have ever worked with in all those years. That means several people have excelled in many different areas for us, but Linda has excelled for us in EVERY aspect of selling real estate in our transaction that was listed with her. She made a complicated business transaction in California's nightmare paperwork mountain and handled it all. I generally market and sell our commercial and investment properties ourselves and I am well versed in the process, and in this case I am more than happy to pay Linda in every aspect of this transaction she really earns her commission in every aspect of the sale. She works hard, communicates on a stellar level, understands the market, the customers, staging and has connections in every aspect of marketing and preparing your property from Top to bottom. She understands the paperwork from every aspect and this is not a part time gig for her to collect a commission from a neighbor or friend a few times a year. When your selling any type of home, I'm sure she is good, but the $2m+ buyers generally know whats going on and this deal is not their first rodeo, and she knows how to deal with them in every aspect. She is not a "boot licker", she treats everyone the same and knows what is important in closing a deal in a positive way for all parties involved. I have not written a review for a realtor as I have written here and I have written it because she reduced my stress selling a home in her area for me when I am an out of state seller and she communicated and protected my interests in every aspect and made sure the property was perfectly presented.
